Research & Design Partner Program

Are rodents in your attic, walls, or crawl space keeping you up at night?

Rodents can cause extensive damage to your home, contaminate insulation, chew through wiring, and create serious health hazards if not addressed promptly.

We're currently seeking participants for an exclusive, no-cost research program designed to humanely identify and eliminate rodent infestations at their source. Using advanced detection technology, we pinpoint rodent activity and entry points with exceptional accuracy, allowing for targeted exclusion and long-term prevention, often at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods.

Stop treating the symptoms. Eliminate the problem for good.

Rodents in your home are not just a nuisance. They are a serious threat.

Most homeowners don't realize how quickly a small rodent problem can turn into a costly, dangerous emergency.

๐Ÿ”ฅ

Electrical Fires

Rats gnaw constantly to wear down their teeth. In your attic, that means chewing through live electrical wiring. This is a leading cause of house fires and nearly impossible to detect until it's too late.

~25% of unexplained house fires are attributed to rodents chewing wires
๐Ÿฆ

Disease & Contamination

Rats and mice carry over 35 diseases, including Hantavirus, Salmonella, and Leptospirosis. Their droppings, urine, and hair contaminate the air in your home through your HVAC system.

Rodent droppings in insulation can spread airborne bacteria throughout your entire home
๐Ÿš๏ธ

Structural Damage

A single pair of rats can produce up to 2,000 offspring in a year. They shred insulation for nesting, contaminate crawl spaces, and collapse vapor barriers. Repairs can easily cost $10,000 or more.

Average cost of rodent structural damage: $3,000โ€“$10,000+ per home

How Rodent Bacteria Spreads Through Your Home

Rats leave microscopic bacteria in their droppings and urine. These particles become airborne and enter your lungs and your family's lungs through the air you breathe every day.

๐Ÿงซ
Hantavirus
Spread through airborne rodent droppings. Can cause severe respiratory failure. There is no cure, only supportive care.
CDC-listed
๐Ÿ”ฌ
Salmonellosis
Rodents contaminate food surfaces and insulation with feces. Causes severe gastrointestinal illness in humans.
CDC-listed
๐Ÿ’ง
Leptospirosis
Spread through rat urine in water or soil. Can lead to kidney damage, liver failure, and meningitis.
WHO-listed
๐Ÿฉธ
Rat-Bite Fever
Transmitted by contact with rodent saliva, urine, or droppings. Causes fever, rash, and joint pain. Can be fatal if untreated.

Real Detection Footage: Actual Attic Activity

These are real frames captured by our monitoring system at 4:33 AM in an active attic infestation. The system detected motion and flagged it for analysis, confirming rodent activity with high confidence.

We don't guess. We map exactly where they are.

Traditional pest control treats your entire home. Our approach uses camera-based activity analysis to generate a precise map of rodent movement, so treatment is targeted, effective, and far less disruptive.

Pinpoint Entry Points

We identify exactly where rodents are entering and traveling, so exclusion work is done precisely where it's needed.

๐ŸŒ™

Overnight Monitoring

Cameras watch while you sleep. Every motion event is analyzed and classified: rodent, insect, or harmless camera artifact.

๐Ÿ“‹

Clear Morning Report

You wake up to a plain-English summary: which areas had activity, at what times, and what was observed. No jargon, no guesswork.

๐Ÿ’ฐ

A Fraction of the Cost

Targeted treatment based on real evidence costs far less than blanket exterminator contracts and works far better.

Simple from your side. Powerful on ours.

You don't need to be technical. You don't need to buy anything. We handle everything. Just let us know what you're experiencing.

1

Apply Online

Fill out the short form above describing where you suspect activity. We'll follow up personally within 24 hours to confirm your participation.

2

Camera Placement (30 Minutes)

We'll guide you through placing small, discreet cameras in the areas of concern: attic, crawl space, wall cavities. No drilling, no professional installer needed.

3

Overnight Monitoring

The cameras run overnight. Motion-triggered clips are captured and analyzed automatically. You don't need to watch a single second of footage.

4

Your Morning Report

By the time you have your morning coffee, your report is ready. It tells you exactly which areas had activity, at what times, and how active the infestation is.

5

Targeted Action Plan

Based on what we find, you receive a clear action plan: which entry points to seal, where to focus, and how to prevent re-entry. You can share this report with any pest professional you choose.

What exactly are you signing up for?

We believe in full transparency. Here's everything you need to know about participating.

โœ“ What You Get

  • Free overnight monitoring session (1โ€“3 nights)
  • Full activity report with timestamps and locations
  • Heat map of rodent movement in your space
  • Identification of likely entry and exit points
  • Personalized prevention recommendations
  • Priority access to the full product at launch

๐Ÿ“‹ What We Ask of You

  • Complete the signup form and a short intake call
  • Allow camera placement in the areas of concern
  • Keep cameras in place for 1โ€“3 nights

๐Ÿ  Who Is This For?

  • Homeowners who hear scratching, rustling, or movement
  • Anyone who has found droppings or gnaw marks
  • Homes with a history of rodent problems
  • Anyone wanting confirmation before spending on exterminators
  • Anyone who has tried pest control and isn't sure it worked

You probably have questions. We have answers.

Is this really free? What's the catch?

Yes, completely free. We're in a research phase and need real-world data from real homes. In exchange for access to our monitoring system at no cost, we ask for your honest feedback. That's the only "catch." There's no obligation to purchase anything, ever.

Do I need any technical knowledge or special equipment?

None at all. The cameras we use are similar to basic home security cameras. You simply place them where we tell you to, connected to your home Wi-Fi. If you can plug in a phone charger, you can set this up. We'll walk you through every step.

What if the cameras don't find anything?

That's a perfectly valid outcome and a valuable one. Confirming the absence of rodent activity gives you peace of mind and saves you from unnecessary exterminator costs. We report exactly what we find, good or bad.

Will I have to go into my attic or crawl space?

Ideally yes, but only for a few minutes to place a camera. We'll guide you on exactly where to put it and how. If you're unable to access a space safely, we'll work with what's accessible and still generate a useful report.

Is my home footage private?

Absolutely. Your video footage belongs to you. We only analyze motion-triggered clips from the areas you designate, and we never share your footage or personal information with anyone. Security and privacy are non-negotiable for us.

What happens after the monitoring period?

You receive your full report and action plan. We'll walk you through the findings on a short call if you'd like. From there, the decision of how to act is entirely yours. We can recommend approaches, but there's no pressure and no upsell.

How is this different from just calling an exterminator?

Traditional pest control requires the exterminator to observe activity, which rarely happens during a daytime visit, since rodents are nocturnal. Our system monitors continuously through the night and provides documented evidence of exactly where activity is occurring, making any subsequent treatment far more targeted and effective.
